Pre-Clinical Scientist

This open position is responsible for execution of PreClinical experimental research activities across multiple medical products. He/She will interface with functional groups across the organization to assist in research activities. This position provides an opportunity to contribute to the building of a pipeline of promising pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Perform as study monitor and ensure the PreClinical studies conducted in accordance with relevant national and international guidelines. Support programs to address biocompatibility and preclinical safety of Medical Products intended for registration and market in China and/or global. 

Responsibilities:

• Design      and monitor Preclinical animal studies associated with various medical      products.
• Interpretation      of experimental results provided by the outsourcing laboratories

• Assist and support development of      documentation, as required for regulatory registration and compliance, and      support of product marketing in China.

· Maintain all documentation in compliance with GLP guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Ability      to communicate fluently, both oral and written, in Chinese and English
• Work      effectively with others
• Knowledge      of the biology of laboratory/domestic animals and experience on experimental      surgery

Experience:

• Master      degree in veterinary medicine, medicine, toxicology      or related field with 3 to 5 years of experience in experimental animal      studies. Or bachelor degree with 8 years of experience.
• Technical      experience in NMPA regulatory industry environment. Experienced in communication and work      effectively across a wide national and international environment
