- Drive implementation of the service sales strategy and growth initiatives

- Develop Baxter China service business plan

- Deliver against Service Sales targets;

- Respond and give feedback to the service regional managers on business trends in their regions

- Collect and analyses market data to support all service sales activities

- Capture market demand, target pursuit, and update service sales forecast on a regular basis

- Lead and coordinate service sale activities within eight regions and represent the full portfolio of Baxter China service products
引導(dǎo)協(xié)調(diào)8個(gè)地區(qū)的服務(wù)性銷售業(yè)務(wù)，并代表全系列China中國的服務(wù)產(chǎn)品。
- Develop regular service sales campaign and promotional material for China’s activity in China
為China在中國的業(yè)務(wù)制定定期服務(wù)銷售活動(dòng)和宣傳材料。
- Define price of spare parts and customized service contract
為維修配件以及訂制化的保修合同定價(jià)。
Qualification職位要求:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
流利的英語書寫和口語能力
- Good communication and negotiation skills
良好的溝通和談判能力
擅長(zhǎng)微軟辦公軟件
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical device service sales management
至少5年在醫(yī)療器械服務(wù)銷售管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- Extensive knowledge of China medical service sales market and portfolio

- Broad understanding of Medical Service business
