Responsibilities 工作職責(zé): 

1. Main responsible area: South of China market ; 主要負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域： 北區(qū)

2. Actively develop and optimize distributors’ network to support company’s ambitious business growth in territory. Responsible for distributor selection, development, assessment, and performance review in consensus with sales & marketing organizations; 積極開發(fā)和優(yōu)化經(jīng)銷商網(wǎng)絡(luò)，支持公司在境內(nèi)的業(yè)務(wù)增長。負(fù)責(zé)經(jīng)銷商的選擇、發(fā)展和評估，負(fù)責(zé)與銷售及市場營銷組織協(xié)商績效評估； 

3. Participate and contribute for commercial policies including but not limited to products price structure, hospital tender bidding price, distributor rebate scheme, etc.; 參與商業(yè)政策制訂（包括但不僅限于產(chǎn)品價(jià)格結(jié)構(gòu)、醫(yī)院投標(biāo)招標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)、經(jīng)銷商退稅計(jì)劃等）；

 4. Responsible for timely collection of in market sales data and sales forecast or other data accuracy; 負(fù)責(zé)及時(shí)的收集市場銷售數(shù)據(jù)，確保銷售預(yù)測和其他數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性； 

5. Regularly review distributor payment terms and timely A/R collection, and take initiative actions on any potential credit risk; 定期審核經(jīng)銷商付款條約，及時(shí)向經(jīng)銷商收取待收款，并對任何潛在的信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)主動采取行動；

 6. Monitor and optimize inventory level at distributors with full transparency. 監(jiān)控和優(yōu)化經(jīng)銷商的庫存水平，并保證充分的透明度。

Qualifications 職位要求: 

1. University degree or above, preferred from health care related majors or economics; 本科以上學(xué)歷，醫(yī)療相關(guān)專業(yè)或經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；

 2. At least 7 years working experience in MNC in China pharmaceutical industry. 至少7年在中國醫(yī)藥的跨國企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 

3. Minimum 2years experience on commercial management, hands-on experience and proven success in distributor development and management; Sales experience plus;至少2年以上的商業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和實(shí)際操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有經(jīng)銷商開發(fā)和管理方面的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 有銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮；

4. More than 2years experience on team management; 至少2年以上團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 

5. Highly committed and accountable, have excellent interpersonal and negotiable skills; 高度敬業(yè)，高度責(zé)任感，有優(yōu)秀的人際關(guān)系和談判技能； 

6. Willing to travel frequently. Self-motivated, and with wining spirit; 能適應(yīng)頻繁出差，自我激勵(lì)，有取勝精神； 

7. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Chinese. 優(yōu)秀的中文書寫和口頭溝通能力。

8. Good communication skill and influence skill. 較強(qiáng)的內(nèi)外溝通能力。
