What You’ll Be Doing

1.Prepareandorganizestandardizedproductandapplicationtrainingtocustomers

2.Identifytrainingneedsofcustomersinordertocustomize,co-ordinateandimplementtrainingsessions
明確客戶需求，提供個(gè)性化培訓(xùn)服務(wù)；
3. Solve customers’ query and complaints in a timely and prospective way
快速有效或前瞻性的解決客戶困擾和投訴
4.Facilitatetrainingofcompanypersonnelanddistributorsoncompanyproducts
為公司內(nèi)部客戶和合作伙伴提供產(chǎn)品介紹和培訓(xùn)
5. Keep abreast of market trends and maintain customer relationship through regular customer visits
通過定期拜訪客戶，了解行業(yè)市場動(dòng)態(tài)，優(yōu)化及發(fā)展客戶關(guān)系；
6. Organize nursing academic activities to promote product and treatment protocols
組織護(hù)理學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)，推廣產(chǎn)品和學(xué)術(shù)理念；
7.Facilitatetraininginstitutiongeneraloperation
協(xié)助培訓(xùn)中心的日常管理工作任職資格
Do you have what takes to build a career here?
[Qualifications]
1.Nursingbackground,Bachelordegreeorequivalent
護(hù)理全日制專科及以上學(xué)歷；
2. At least 3 years HD working experience (Tier 3 hospital preferred), priority to who with training experience
具有3年以上血液凈化臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)(***是三甲醫(yī)院)，從事過帶教工作，有一定的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；
3.Independentanalyzeandsolveproblems
有較強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立分析和解決問題的能力；
4. Customer oriented mind to establish and maintain healthy relationship with KOL
客戶為核心的服務(wù)意識(shí)，以與KOL建立和維持長期的良好關(guān)系；
5. Strong communication and coordination ability with teamwork spirit and serve attitude
溝通協(xié)調(diào)和組織能力強(qiáng)，有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和服務(wù)意識(shí)；
6. Hard working with strong responsibility
