    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責）    

1.      Digital and E commerce Daily Operations (60%)

ü  BDB WeChat official account daily operations (manage calendar, cooperate  w. product managers to compose articles, manage menu bar, etc.);

ü  Manage 3rd party social media agencies of article delivery; 

ü  Tracking: Key matrix performance of WeChat, 3rd party social  media, and E commerce sites; Leads performance to relevant team leaders and  follow up status;

ü  Banner design and adaptation;

ü  E commerce site new customer registration management, order placement facilitation;

2.      Marketing execution & process management (40%) 

ü  Marketing offline meeting execution support;

ü  Gift pool management;

ü  Finance payment process, compliance system (ROR) process management.

1.      Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese

2.      2-3 years of digital marketing experience

3.       Maintain high level of technical expertise  and knowledge of MS-office systems

4.       Excellent interpersonal and communication  skills

5.      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

DESIRABLE（優先條件）

1.       Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/ FMCG company marketing  work experience

2.      Tech savvy: HTML Email sending technique
