職位描述
Develop short and long term event/promotional strategies that address company objectives. Represent Company at industry trade shows, conferences, seminars and other professional associations. Build relationship with new and existing clients to broaden client base through mailings. Design brochures, tradeshow booths, advertising materials and promotional items. Will be responsible for planning, directing, and executing all aspects of the firm's advertising campaign and tradeshow expos. Adhere to department's financial plan and budgets to improve sales. New business and cross-selling opportunities. Compose reports covering marketing information, competitive strategies and market overview. Demonstrated record of successful large account management with increasing revenues. Provide input regarding identification and selection of promotional tools for the Company. Such items include trade shows to attend, conferences, brochures, catalogs, direct mail campaigns, etc. Attend national and regional trade shows as required by the Company. Perform all assigned responsibilities within stated budgetary guidelines and policies.Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business with 5+ years experience in marketing management, event/promotion,1 – 2 years of supervisory experience. Must be self-motivated, articulate and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Past experience in writing proposals, developing marketing initiatives as well as presenting and executing marketing and promotional programs is essential to being considered for this position. Must have the ability to identify and build effective processes for systematized analysis, monitoring and reporting. Excellent customer service, organizational, verbal and writing skills. Creative, detail-oriented and an effective problem solver.
